Project Z02

About

Within the Z02 service project we will offer a portfolio of state-of-the-art mass spectrometry-based proteome analysis workflows to the members of the CRC. These include the identification and quantitation of proteins and their post-translational modifications, global proteome profiling, protein interactome and proxiome analyses, complexome profiling, as well as protein-protein cross-linking analyses for structural studies. All workflows are successfully established in our laboratory, and are offered including project consultation, sample preparation, mass spectrometric analysis, data analysis and statistical evaluation.
