This award recognizes UMG’s efforts to promote family friendliness, such as supporting parents in balancing work and family life.
For example, the Equal Opportunities Office and the HR Department at UMG have published a guide specifically for managers, which includes information on maternity protection and returning to work after parental leave. The guide was co-financed by SFB1565 and is available in print and online.
